relation to patients, society and employees.
The Charter
How we act is outlined in the Charter. The
Charter describes our basic management principles: Values, Commitments and
Fundamentals. Novo Nordisk has adopted the Charter for companies in the Novo
Group - we commit ourselves to act inside this framework.
PoliciesThe vision guides 13
central policies of the company where mutual understanding helps us
operate: communication, engineering, environment, finance, health and safety,
information technology, legal, patents, people, purchasing, quality, regulatory
and risk management. The policies give operational guidance within these
areas.
